1. Introduction
This privacy policy describes how 2Z1T CONSEIL processes — or rather does not process — personal data in connection with the mobile applications it publishes on the Google Play Store. It is drafted in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 ("GDPR") and the French "Informatique et Libertés" Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended.

3. Scope
This policy applies to all Android mobile applications published by 2Z1T CONSEIL on the Google Play Store (the "Applications"), as well as to the website https://2z1t.fr.
4. Data collected by the Applications
The Applications do not collect any personal data. Specifically:
- no user account is required or offered;
- no data is transmitted to any server operated by 2Z1T CONSEIL;
- no audience analytics service (Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) is integrated;
- no advertising is served; the Android Advertising ID (AAID) is neither read nor transmitted;
- no third-party crash reporting tool (Crashlytics, Sentry, etc.) is integrated.
5. Data stored locally on your device
The Applications may store, on your device only, data strictly necessary for their operation (preferences, progress state, content that you enter yourself). Such data:
- remains exclusively on your device;
- is never transmitted to 2Z1T CONSEIL or any third party;
- is deleted if you uninstall the Application or clear its data from your Android settings.
6. Android permissions
When an Application requests an Android permission (e.g., access to storage, camera, microphone), it is used solely for the purpose explicitly described on the Application's Play Store listing. The content accessed via these permissions is never transmitted to 2Z1T CONSEIL.
7. Third-party services
The Applications do not integrate any third-party service or SDK capable of collecting data.
However, the simple act of downloading an application via Google Play involves processing carried out by Google (Google Play Services, signature verification, updates) over which 2Z1T CONSEIL has no control. Such processing is governed by Google's privacy policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
8. Data collected by the 2z1t.fr website
The https://2z1t.fr website records an aggregated, anonymous visit counter, with no cookies, no IP address storage, and no data that could identify a visitor. No personal data is therefore collected through the website.
9. Audience — Children
The Applications are not specifically directed at children under the age of 13 (15 in France under Article 8 of the GDPR). 2Z1T CONSEIL does not knowingly collect any data from children.
10. Data transfer outside the European Union
As 2Z1T CONSEIL does not collect any personal data, no transfer outside the European Union is carried out.
11. Retention period
As no personal data is collected, no retention period applies on the publisher's side. Data stored locally by an Application on your device persists until you uninstall it or clear its data.
12. Your rights
Pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- right of access, rectification and erasure;
- right to restriction of processing;
- right to data portability;
- right to object;
- right to withdraw consent at any time;
- right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Given the absence of data collection by the Applications, exercising these rights is in practice moot with respect to the processing carried out by 2Z1T CONSEIL. You may however contact us at any time at contact@2z1t.eu for any question.
13. Security
2Z1T CONSEIL implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of the Applications it publishes: digital signing of APK/AAB packages, applying Android security updates, and following development best practices.
14. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated at any time. Any substantial change will be announced by updating the date at the top of the page and, where applicable, in the release notes of the Application concerned.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
This policy is governed by French law. Any dispute regarding its interpretation or performance falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the territorial competence of the Versailles Court of Appeal, without prejudice to public-policy rules of jurisdiction in favour of consumers.
